RESTAURANT/CAFÉ/BAR
We bake our own bread. We place great value on the handmade and we favour the organic. We offer you good, fresh, wholesome food. You can have a light lunch or something more substantial at the Hima & Sali luncheonette, and every day there are at least two vegetarian dishes on the menu. If you are in a hurry you can choose lunch to go.
At our café you’ll find just-baked and home-made pastries, pasties and filled rolls, organic pop, special coffees, good wines and even different kinds of alcoholic beverages. Grab a newspaper to read or take a look at our changing art exhibitions. In addition, a free WLAN connection and a Mac computer with internet access are at the disposal of our customers.
Hima & Sali is also open at weekends until the evening. On Saturdays and Sundays we provide you with soup and salad lunch alternatives.
DINING HALL
The unique Sali Hall is an almost ten-metre-high Dining Hall in an old cable factory. This splendid space, together with the delicacies conjured up in our kitchen, makes Hima & Sali the ideal place for different kinds of private functions, from the simple company meetings to your own private celebrations.
Clean-lined furniture and an easily adaptable space make this an excellent venue for dinner for a few dozen people or 250-person banquette. We can cater for up to 150 seated dinner guests. The premises are available, by agreement, from weekday afternoons until late at night and weekends, even round the clock. We don’t charge rent at all for use of the main festive hall when booked in conjunction with other orders.
CATERING
Hima & Sali Catering provides good food and professional services for you to plan and implement a successful event. Along the years, our experience in catering has encompassed numerous events at festive venues, company events and private homes as well as at different kinds of occasions at the Cable Factory. We also arrange alcohol licenses for concerts and Fairs, for example. You can order the whole package or just a part of it - whatever it takes to make your event a success: staff, table-ware, table-cloths or just food, to collect or arranged at your place of celebration.
